Schedule:

• Training begins September.

• Must be available weekdays 8am-3pm, usually Wednesdays and Fridays. A rare Saturday

Description: 

• Part time employment throughout the fall, winter and spring seasons.

• Washing, grading and bagging fruit 

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of grading room and equipment. 

• Cooperate well with fellow team members.

• Participate in miscellaneous Grading Room tasks as needed. 

• Some employees lift 30-40lb crates repetitively while others stand and grade apples at belted tables and bag produce for stores and schools.

• Will train employee in apple grading and equipment operation. 

• Working in cold storage rooms (~34 *F)

• Self-motivated, attentive to details, able to manage time effectively and execute tasks independently.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff.

• Ability to commit to seasonal part time work weekdays throughout the year.

• A good fit is retired senior citizens and younger adults.

• Help with various produce display, stocking shelves, and cashiering. 

• Bagging fruit in or around cold storage rooms (~34*F). 

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of Applehouse Farm Market 

• Cooperate well with fellow team members and maintains highest level of customer service.

• Participate in miscellaneous Applehouse Farm Market tasks as needed. 

• Employee may be trained in produce knowledge, grading, and cashiering as needed.

  • Gate Keepers

  • U-Pick Areas

  • Parking Assistants
